we will continue to fight, for women across the state of CT, to ensure safe, accessible programming for women’s health at every stage of life.

From prenatal and pelvic floor support to menopause and beyond… these spaces matter. They are needed. And they are often full, waitlisted, & deeply valued by the women who rely on them.

As a business owner, & as a mom, I will always lead by example for my daughter, standing firm in what is right, even when it’s hard.

This isn’t just about me.
It’s about making sure no other female business owner, any small business owner has to face this.

We’re pushing for change. And we’re not stopping.

meet Talia!

💛Talia began practicing yoga in 2017 as a way to reconnect mind and body. What started as a physical practice has since blossomed into a path of intentional mindfulness.

💛You can find Talia leading our commUNITY class at 5:30pm on Friday evenings.

💛We love Talia’s welcoming and approachable teaching style & her encouragement for students to listen inward, honor their own wisdom, and move with compassion & curiosity.

💛When Talia is not on her mat you can find her spending time in nature, searching for thrifted treasures or hanging out with her golden retriever, Piper.

Join Kate, birth doula and yoga teacher for a yoga and birth prep workshop designed for couples to connect and build confidence on their journey preparing for birth and into parenthood. Together, we will practice yoga and discuss childbirth preparation, tips for first time Dad's, labor positions and relaxation techniques. There will be space for discussion and answering questions in community.
