This beautiful patient is only six weeks out from her deep plane facelift and deep necklift.

She was really bothered by her neck skin and the loss of definition along her jawline. We opted for an extended deep plane facelift and deep neck lift to help address these concerns.

The extended deep plane facelift allows us to completely free and restore the supporting structure (SMAS) in the midface to raise the cheeks and jowls back into their youthful position.

The deep neck lift allows us to sculpt the deep structures of the neck, in this case the deep fat pad, deep muscles, and submandibular saliva glands, to create a better overall neck line and deeper neck angle.

She has done absolutely phenomenal so far and is only in the early stages of healing. We can't wait to see her results evolve over time!

This beautiful patient is just one month out from her upper blepharoplasty.

Over time, she felt her eyes becoming increasingly hooded and heavy. Botox had given her a subtle lift in the past, but it eventually stopped providing the improvement she was looking for. To address the excess upper eyelid skin and open up her eye area, we performed an in-office upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift).

Most patients look surprisingly good by the one-week mark—typically with only mild residual swelling or bruising—and by two weeks they often appear completely back to normal. Around one month, the incisions usually reach their thickest and most red stage, which is the peak of the natural proliferative phase of healing. From there, they gradually soften and fade over the next 3–6 months. Full scar maturation takes about a year, but most incisions become nearly imperceptible by the six-month mark.

She’s healing beautifully and doing incredibly well so far. We’re thrilled for her and can’t wait to see her results continue to refine over time!

This beautiful patient is now six months out from her open, structural rhinoplasty.

She always felt like her nose just didn't fit with the rest of her face. She has such beautiful features, so we really wanted to create a nose that complimented them and brought balance to her face.

We performed an open, structural rhinoplasty. We were able to reduce the dorsal hump, and straighten the dorsum from the front. We also lifted the tip and used cartilage strengthening, repositioning, and defining techniques. Lastly, she had an extremely complex deviation and shape to her septum. Using grafts we were able to straighten the septum and open her nasal airway.

She looks absolutely stunning. She is such a wonderful person, wonderful patient, and we couldn't be more happy for her!

This amazing patient is now three months out from his deep plane facelift and deep neck lift.

He was most bothered by the changes he was seeing under his neck. He had lost a significant amount of weight relatively quickly and felt that, afterward, he developed a turkey neck. It bugged him, and he just didn’t feel like himself.

We elected to do a deep plane facelift and deep neck lift. Although his main concern was his neck, he is a beautiful example of the necessity of performing a deep plane facelift in conjunction with a deep neck lift once there has been vertical descent in the jowl area. Without repositioning that area, it is nearly impossible to improve the laxity under the chin.

He is doing great so far and still has a lot of healing to go. We couldn’t be happier for him. He looks amazing—but more importantly, he feels amazing!

This beautiful patient is now only one month out from her blepharoplasty.

She was bothered by the extra skin above her eyes, and she felt like it made her look tired.

We performed an in-office upper blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift, to remove this excess skin and help open up the area around the eyes.

Most patients look pretty good at one week after surgery, with just a little residual bruising and swelling, and typically look totally normal by two weeks. At the one-month mark, the incisions usually reach their thickest and most red (this is the peak of the proliferative phase of healing) and slowly get smoother over the next 3–6 months. Full scar maturation takes one year, but the incision is usually imperceptible by the six-month mark.

She is doing amazing so far! We are so excited for her and can’t wait to continue to see her results evolve.

This beautiful patient is now only one month out from her rhinoplasty

She was most bothered by the bump on her bridge and her tip position. We were able to reduce the bump and bring the whole tip back closer to the face. We also refined the tip cartilages slightly and repositioned them to create a subtle lift to the tip.

At the one month mark there is still about 20% of the swelling left from surgery and most of that will be in the tip and the area right above the tip. She is already doing so amazing but we can't wait to see her results evolve!

This beautiful patient is now six months out from her deep plane facelift, deep necklift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty.

In the neck we performed a deep necklift to scultp the deep fat pads, deep muscles, and the submandibular glands. We then repositioned the platysma muscle along the outside of the neck to increase the definition of the jaw angle. In the face we performed an extended deep plane release of the SMAS and placed it back into its youthful position.

For the eyes we removed the excess skin of the upper lids and reduced the enlarged fat pad in the lower lids through a small incision hidden behind the lids.

She has done absolutely amazing so far. We can't wait to see the last little bit of evolution of her results over the next six months. We couldn't be happier for her!
