This beautiful patient is now just one month out from her rhinoplasty, and she’s already looking incredible.

Before surgery, she was bothered by a slight bump along the bridge of her nose, the way her tip projected a bit too far from her face, and a subtle bend of the bridge to the left when viewed straight on. Her goal was not to look different—just more balanced and refined.

We performed an open rhinoplasty to carefully address each of these concerns. During surgery, we smoothed the bump on the bridge, brought the bridge and tip into better proportion with the rest of her face, and straightened the nasal bones for improved symmetry from the front view. We also subtly refined and lifted the tip cartilages to create a softer, more elegant contour while maintaining a natural look.

At only one month post-op, she is still very early in the healing process, and swelling will continue to improve over the next several months. Even so, her new profile and improved front-view symmetry are already beautifully apparent.

She’s healing wonderfully, and we’re so excited to see her rhinoplasty results continue to refine and evolve over time.

This beautiful patient is now six months out from her deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty, and her results are continuing to mature beautifully.

She came to us concerned about changes along her jawline and neck, as well as heaviness and aging around the eyes. To address this, we performed a deep plane facelift to reposition the cheeks and jowls back into a more youthful, natural position, along with a deep neck lift to restore definition to the neckline. We also refreshed the eye area with upper and lower blepharoplasty to create a more open, rested appearance.

She is healing absolutely beautifully so far, and while she still has refinement ahead, we can’t wait to see her final results at the one-year mark.

This beautiful patient is just one month out from her rhinoplasty, and her results are already taking shape. She came to us bothered by a subtle bump on her nasal bridge, a drooping tip, and the overall size and shape of her tip cartilages.

We performed an open rhinoplasty, which allowed us to reduce the bump on the bridge, lift and support the nasal tip, and carefully sculpt and reshape the tip cartilages for better balance and refinement.

This beautiful patient is now 3 months post–deep plane facelift and deep neck lift.

Her primary concern was her neck, but she also noticed changes over time in her cheeks and jawline.
We performed an extended deep plane facelift and deep neck lift. In the neck, we focused on sculpting the deep structural anatomy, including reduction of the deep fat pads, deep neck muscles, and submandibular glands. A hyoid fasciotomy was also performed to gently elevate the hyoid bone, raising the high point of the neckline and improving overall neck contour.

In the face, an extended deep plane dissection allowed for complete release of the midface and lower face, repositioning the tissues back into a more youthful, natural alignment.

She is doing absolutely phenomenal, and we are excited to see her results continue to evolve over time.

This beautiful patient is now one month post-rhinoplasty ✨

She was bothered by a dorsal hump on the bridge of her nose, as well as the overall shape and proportions. We performed an open rhinoplasty to address these concerns. During surgery, we removed the dorsal hump, deprojected the bridge and tip, and subtly rotated the nasal tip. The tip was then securely fixated to ensure long-lasting, stable results. Lastly, we refined the tip cartilages by reducing their size and carefully reshaping them for a more balanced, natural look.

She has done absolutely amazing so far. While she is still early in the healing process, we’re excited to watch her rhinoplasty results continue to evolve over time.
