This beautiful patient is now one month out from her upper blepharoplasty.

She was bothered by the heaviness of her upper lids. She felt like it made her look tired, hid her eyes, and even made it harder to see! We performed an in-office upper blepharoplasty to remove the extra skin folding down over the eyes.

An upper eyelid lift is a simple, yet amazing way to open up the area around the eyes. This in-office procedure takes about 1 hour to perform. You can drive yourself to and from the procedure. The risk is minimal and although there is about 1-2 weeks of downtime (bruising and swelling), you feel essentially normal during recovery.

She has done absolutely wonderfully so far. We couldn't be more excited for her.

This beautiful patient is now three months out from her extended deep plane facelift and deep neck lift, and her results are already coming together beautifully.

She was primarily concerned about loose neck skin and loss of jawline definition. To address these concerns, we performed an extended deep plane facelift combined with a deep neck lift, allowing for natural, long-lasting rejuvenation of the face and neck.

The extended deep plane facelift technique allows us to fully release and reposition the deeper facial support layer (SMAS) in the midface, restoring youthful volume to the cheeks while lifting the jowls for a smoother, more defined jawline.

For the neck, a deep neck lift enables precise sculpting of the deeper structures—including the deep fat pad, neck muscles, and submandibular salivary glands—to create a sharper neckline and a more defined cervicomental angle.

She is healing beautifully and still in the early stages of recovery, with continued improvement expected over the coming months. We’re thrilled with her progress and look forward to seeing her results continue to evolve.

This beautiful patient is now 6 months post–upper and lower blepharoplasty.

She initially came to us concerned about heaviness of the upper eyelids and early under-eye bags that were beginning to form.

To address this, we performed an upper blepharoplasty, carefully removing redundant skin to relieve the heaviness and restore a more open appearance. For the lower lids, we chose a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty to reduce the under-eye bags. One of the biggest advantages of this approach is that the incision is completely hidden behind the eyelid, leaving no visible external scar.

Finally, we refined the contour of the tear trough area with a small amount of autologous fat grafting, helping to create a smoother, more refreshed transition under the eyes.

Together, these procedures opened and brightened the eye area while maintaining a natural look. She is doing beautifully so far, with some healing still ahead, and we’re excited to continue following her progress throughout her healing journey.

This patient came to us feeling that her eyes made her look tired. She had mild lateral hooding and excess skin of the upper eyelids, and while Botox initially helped lift the area, it gradually became less effective over time.

Now, 6 months after an Upper Blepharoplasty, her eyes appear more open, refreshed, and youthful—without looking overdone. We're thrilled with her results and the patient loves that she no longer looks tired. We couldn’t be happier with how beautifully she’s healed.

What is a Preservation Facelift?

A preservation facelift focuses on protecting the skin’s blood supply while delivering natural, long-lasting results.

Instead of lifting only the skin, this technique emphasizes a deep plane facelift, working beneath the SMAS (the face’s support structure) while minimizing subcutaneous dissection. Why does that matter? Excessive skin undermining can compromise blood flow, leading to thinning skin, redness, visible blood vessels, or delayed healing.

By limiting skin dissection to only small, strategic areas—around the ear, neck, and under the chin—a preservation facelift helps maintain healthier skin, smoother healing, and more refined outcomes.

This beautiful patient is now 18 months out from her .

She was bothered by the bump on her bridge as well as the way her tip seemed to droop.

We were able to contour the bridge to create a subtle concavity and transition from bridge to tip. We lifted the tip into a more feminine and aesthetic position and secured it in place to last a lifetime. Finally we were able to refine the tip cartilages to ensure the tip is in harmony with the new nasal shape.

Overall, this created a nose that beautifully highlights all of her amazing features and looks like the nose she was always meant to have. We couldn't be happier for her.

This beautiful patient is only six weeks out from her deep plane facelift and deep necklift.

She was really bothered by her neck skin and the loss of definition along her jawline. We opted for an extended deep plane facelift and deep neck lift to help address these concerns.

The extended deep plane facelift allows us to completely free and restore the supporting structure (SMAS) in the midface to raise the cheeks and jowls back into their youthful position.

The deep neck lift allows us to sculpt the deep structures of the neck, in this case the deep fat pad, deep muscles, and submandibular saliva glands, to create a better overall neck line and deeper neck angle.

She has done absolutely phenomenal so far and is only in the early stages of healing. We can't wait to see her results evolve over time!
