Look who’s joined our team! 

Jane is a board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor with 18+ years of experience specializing in attachment and developmental trauma. Using somatic, evidence-based approaches, she helps clients heal, regulate their nervous system, and move beyond survival patterns.
She creates a safe space for this delicate work through art, play,  and movement. She honors diversity and is LGBTQ+ allied.

As the season of gratitude approaches, let’s open our hearts and our hands to our neighbors in need. 🍂

🌾 November 1–25:
We’ll be gathering food donations to help fill the shelves at the Wethersfield Food Pantry and ensure our neighbors’ holiday tables are set.

📦 Donations can be dropped off at our office during appointment times — marked boxes will be in our waiting area.

Please consider that not everyone has access to perishables like milk or eggs that boxed meals often need.
