👉you choose how you meet experience

We enter the new year, the new cycle, different- changed- and yet somehow still who we’ve always been…. Stop worrying about how it will unfold, or if you can handle the new challenges that come…. Just breathe… feel your feet… receive your breath… know that you are here. You’ve already accomplished the goal- now just let yourself experience.

Don’t be moved back into old patterns by the strong waves of energy flowing in. We are being pushed now, out into change. Ride the wave and focus on being present.

Fully agree to let go, fully agree to release yourself from the stories of the past so you can step into the soft, nurturing nature of the moment.
