Lead with your heart right now. Whispers of wisdom flow down from the higher realms. Receive your body and feel the higher truth being broadcast through sensation and vibration. Open into your inner sanctuary and step inside.

Put down your worries about lack. Abundance is available by accepting that we have control over how we experience life. Desire is expanded through fulfillment not denial. Decide to enjoy all experience in equal measure and you will never be without.

This is the time you’ve been waiting for. This is the shift you’ve envisioned all year. It’s happening now. Get slow, listen to your heart. You know, the universe knows. It’s time to expand. It’s time to be brave- to be the heroic figure you’ve always hoped would arrive. It’s you.

The FEEL is real;
a living scroll of my past,
lining my body…
Hauntingly- like a Spector
reminding me of pain
I’ve already endured,
& helping me to endure it more.
Hidden patterns of unworthiness
strengthen my resolve to suffer,
as I fawn over my dead trauma
with adoration and fear.

What releases a person from
the drudgery of discord? From the monsters of pain & suffering?
To notice is to receive… to notice is to be received. We must come back to union through acceptance. We must accept to reunify.

What are you feeling today? Anger, sadness, regret, guilt? Enjoy the experience of it all because it’s yours. Because as you uncover truth, you realign your energy. Because as you uncover truth you learn to forgive yourself for your mistakes and past actions.

Forgiveness is closer to happiness than it is to hate. Always choose kindness and experience the vibration of kindness always.
