There is not doubt in my mind. If you take care of your front line? They will reward you in spades. Never ever forget that. Loyalty is very hard to come by. When you have loyal staff? You have got it all. Some would love to take your loyal team off your hands. So be mindful and show your gratitude. You won’t regret it for one second.

The Alchemist. Still one of my favorite places. They take it to a whole next level that people do not see. Everyone is a member of mixologist. Easy to put a title on yourself. But most are not. If you have not been to this place. Put it on your list. 💕💕

The importance of the chef and being a " Team Player"

With cuisine having such a prominent role worldwide, the chefs carry massive importance in the food industry and beyond. Over the last several decades, their impact grew from being unknown cooks working behind the curtains to famous artists, educators, entrepreneurs, social activists, and so much more. Not only that their vision and guidance are making or breaking the restaurant business, but also they dictate eating and cooking trends throughout the globe.

A Chef is the star of the restaurant, so it can attract more guests, but if you are unsuccessful with choosing, your business might be ruined. The chef cook is the person, who organizes all the work in the restaurant kitchen, and he is also the link between the owner of the restaurant and the rest of the employees.

Chefs play a critical role in the kitchen. Their role extends beyond managing other cooks to also planning the menus, ensuring that presentation is on point and even developing new, creative recipes for those unique meals everyone craves.

To be a chef you have to be very meticulous in everything you do, from the simplest to the most complex task.

It was J. K. Rowling who said, “If you want to see the true measure of a man, watch how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.”

And servers know this better than most.

It was then I realized that something of your true self is revealed when you find yourself in a position of power. How do you speak to those who sit 'beneath' you within an arbitrary hierarchy? How do your treat those who serve you? How do you behave when there is a clear power differential - and suddenly you're on top?

How someone treats servers is, unequivocally, a testament to their character.

And Animals?

"Compassion with animals is intimately associated with the goodness of character" “”We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals.” Animals should not require our permission to live on earth.
Animals were given the right to be here long before we arrived.
