We are still diligently working behind the scenes to resume in-network claim filing with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). We know how important this is for many of our families, and we truly appreciate your patience as we navigate this process.

Until BCBS claim filing is restored:
• We are accepting self-pay
• You may use FSA/HSA cards for payment
• We will provide a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.


We can still file insurance claims with:

✅ Cigna
✅ Aetna

How to Keep Your Baby Awake During Feedings 🍼✨

Is your baby dozing off during feedings? Here are some tips to help keep them awake and engaged:

1️⃣ Skin-to-Skin Contact: Hold your baby close with skin-to-skin contact. This can stimulate their senses and keep them more alert during feedings.

2️⃣ Gentle Stimulation: Rub your baby’s back, stroke their feet, or gently tickle under their chin. These little touches can help wake them up enough to keep feeding.

3️⃣ Breast Compressions: Gently squeeze the breast while baby is latched to help increase milk flow and keep baby engaged.

4️⃣ Switch Breasts: When your baby starts to get sleepy, try switching them to the other breast. The change in position and milk flow can help re-engage them.

5️⃣ Burp Between Breasts: Pause to burp your baby when they start to doze off. This break can wake them up and get them ready for the next round.
