Due to the threat of inclement weather this afternoon, our office will close at 12 noon. (We will have a modified schedule tomorrow that is dependent on the weather.) If your child needs to be seen today, please call the office to get an appointment before 12 today. We will continue to post updates as they become available. Stay warm and have a wonderful SNOW day!

Have you been busy scrambling to get everything ready for Christmas and just realized your child probably needs to be seen before you set off on your Christmas travels? We still have a few appointment slots available for today. Please call us if you would like your child seen today.
Our office has implemented FAST TRACK VISITS for all visits today. If your child needs to be seen, please call the office now and your child will be scheduled in the order your call is received. Once the last scheduled patient is seen, our office will close so our staff may travel to celebrate Christmas with their families.

We currently still have appointment slots available for Tuesday. Please call us if you would like your child seen tomorrow. Phone lines open at 7:30 AM.

Carlile Pediatrics is looking for a new Medical Assistant team member to join our office!
Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:
- Interviews patients, take and record vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patient’s chart and es**rt patients to exam rooms.
- Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required.
- Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls
- Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, cold sterilization fluid change, etc.)
- Give instructions to patients as instructed by physician.
- Assist physician in exam rooms as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentially.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
