The trauma of being abused is more than any child deserves. Butterfly Bridge CAC exists to minimize that trauma and help rebuild little lives shattered by abuse. Butterfly Bridge, Children’s Advocacy Center offers a non-threatening environment where a multidisciplinary team works together to minimize any further trauma during the justice and restoration process. One Time, One Place~
Instead of having to be interviewed multiple times by different agencies and attorneys, children are able to tell their story once, and the information is then shared among appropriate parties. As the process moves along, the child may receive counseling and other services in this same, non-threatening, nourishing environment.

Every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and protected. 💙
Through our Darkness to Light certified training, you can learn how to recognize the signs of abuse and take action before a child ever has to ask for help. Prevention starts with ONE adult who knows what to look for. Earn continuing education hours or continuing education credit for learning how you can protect children from sexual abuse.

Darkness to Light strives to provide trainings that are approved for accredited continuing education hours for various professions. However, Darkness to Light is not an approved accredited organization for all occupations and/or states. If you find that your occupation is not listed on our site as eligible for CEU credits, please be assured that this does not necessarily mean you cannot receive credit for completing our training.

Did you know? A Children’s Advocacy Center brings all the professionals needed in a child abuse case under one roof — so children only have to tell their story once, in a safe and child-centered space.

At Butterfly Bridge CAC, our multidisciplinary team approach helps ensure that every child receives coordinated, compassionate care from the moment they walk through our doors. Law enforcement, DHR, medical providers, mental health professionals, and advocates all work together to put the child’s needs first.
