Wewoka Indian Health Service The Wewoka Indian Health Center provides health care services to Native American patients from all over the country. Our clinic is located in Wewoka, Oklahoma.

We serve patients primarily in the Seminole and Hughes County areas but have patients from all over the country. We have many onsite services to offer including: Ambulatory Care, Audiology and Hearing Aids, Behavioral Health, Community Health, Dental and Orthodontia, Diabetes Education Program (BEAT), Diagnostic Services (X-ray, Mammography, Laboratory), Nutrition Services, Optometry and Eyeglasses, Pharmacy (mail-out program available), Public Health Nursing, and Wound Care. Our specialty clinics include: Endocrinology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Tele-psychiatry, and Ultrasound. The contracted services we have to offer include: CT/MRI, Physical Therapy, Cardiology Mobile Van, Invisalign, Lasik Eye Surgery, Bariatric Surgery (lap-band weight loss surgery), and eyeglasses for children and elders. We are excited about new services coming soon including: Colonoscopy, Sleep Studies and CPAP machines, Prosthetics, Podiatry, and Orthopedic Surgery. We are working hard to provide increased services to ensure that your healthcare needs are met.

The Indian Health Service has received advance appropriations for fiscal year 2026, which means that IHS will continue to operate business-as-usual during a lapse of appropriations. 100% of IHS staff will report for work and health care services across Indian Country will not be impacted.
