Every day, our teams work hard to ensure residents feel supported, noticed, and never left waiting when they need help. Callbell response times are one of the clearest reflections of that commitment. They show not only how quickly we respond, but how consistently we follow through on the promise of dependable, compassionate care. And because transparency matters, each of our communities have their up-to-date average callbell response times posted on their website every single day. Families deserve to see how we’re doing, and we’re proud to share it!

November is National Family Caregivers Month

Caring for a family member is an act of deep love but it can also be overwhelming.
Many family caregivers quietly carry the weight of:

And while caregiving is rooted in compassion… no one is meant to do it alone.

Teamwork and education are at the heart of what we do! 💛
Our Eastern PA Resident Wellness, LifeStages, and LifeStories Directors came together for our first quarterly meeting focused on collaboration, learning, and goal setting for 2026.

Highlights included:
• A demonstration of a thickener for liquids and food that can help promote dignity for our residents that need altered thickness of fluids 🍽️
• A group discussion on ways to reduce loneliness and strengthen engagement 💬
• A “field goal” activity where everyone set their personal and team goals for 2026 🏈

We love seeing our teams come together to learn and inspire one another!
