StepOne is dedicated to empowering individuals with autism through comprehensive behavioral health services that embrace a whole-child approach.

We offer personalized, evidence-based care across settings like clinics, homes, schools, and telehealth. StepOne Neurodiversity Services combines evidence-based practices with new energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to deliver high quality, impactful, and innovative autism therapy services. We are committed to the whole child, including their academic, life, social, and functional skills. We achieve this through our child-centric therapies, quality assessment procedures and protocols, innovative use of learning technologies, and special programming designed to prepare each child for learning and for life.

We held a friendly competition with our team to show off their best costumes and here are the winners!

In first place we have Emily as "Identity Theft", in second we have a tie with Gillian as "Roman Goddess" and Lorena as "Spaghetti and Meatballs" and at third, Faith, with "Little Red Riding Hood".

We hope everyone had a great time dressing up, and enjoying some treats!

This past Saturday, October 25th, StepOne was proud to participate in the Old Forge Elementary PTO Fall Festival, where we hosted a sponsored table and joined families for an afternoon full of fun, learning, and community connection!

A huge thank you to the Old Forge Elementary PTO for organizing such a wonderful event. We loved being part of it and meeting so many families and staff members! 🙌

🎃 StepOne at the Trunk or Treat event! 👻

We had such a wonderful time participating in this year’s "Trunk or Treat" hosted by Parenting Autism United 💙
The event created an inclusive, sensory-friendly environment where families, organizations, and businesses came together to celebrate Halloween with creativity, compassion, and community spirit.

Our StepOne team joined in on the fun with decorated trunks and plenty of sweet treats for everyone. 🌈🍬
