One of the most rewarding moments in our work is watching a woman start to feel like herself again.

I met Wende a few years ago when she came in feeling frustrated with her body.

She was struggling with stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge, frequent hot flashes, and heartburn that was making everyday meals uncomfortable.

One of the most rewarding moments happens when a client walks in after getting a body composition scan at her gym.

She looks at the report and says,

“Wait… I lost fat, but I didn’t lose muscle. How is that possible?”

That sentence alone says so much.

Food was comfort. Food was a reward. Life was busy.
