Monday morning I sprained a lower back muscle pretty badly in the gym and could barely walk. Matt was able to schedule me that same afternoon to diagnose and treat it. 3 days later, wow I’m definitely on the fast track to full recovery! This past weekend, the North Pittsburgh 12U-3 Heichel squad took home the championship at the Brickyard tournament in Indianapolis. The team posted a perfect 4-0 record, culminating in a 5-1 win in the championship game.
