International Stress Awareness Day

Today’s your friendly reminder that stress is sneaky. It hides in your shoulders, your jaw, your breath… even your posture while you’re reading this. 👀

Take 10 seconds right now:
✨ Unclench your jaw
✨ Drop your shoulders
✨ Inhale deeply through your nose
✨ Exhale slowly

Feels better already, right?

Massage can’t make stress disappear forever, but it can help your body remember what calm feels like. 🌿

Ever notice how the *little things* always end up being the big things? 🍂

We rush through so much of our day that we forget how grounding those small comforts can be...like the warmth of the massage table, a soft blanket, or that deep exhale halfway through your session when your body finally lets go.

Here, try this today: take ten seconds to slow down and notice one tiny thing that feels good right now - your morning coffee, the sound of rain, or your shoulders relaxing away from your ears. Gratitude doesn’t have to be fancy… it just has to be noticed.

What’s one small thing you’re grateful for today? Drop it in the comments 👇

It’s the most confusing time of the year:
“Wait, did I gain an hour? Or lose one? Why am I still tired?” 😵‍💫
Welcome to Daylight Saving season: where our circadian rhythms go to die.

The good news? Massage can actually help reset your internal clock. 🕰️
By lowering cortisol, relaxing muscle tension, and improving sleep quality, it helps your body find its rhythm again (even when the clocks don’t make sense).

Here’s to darker evenings, cozy blankets, and getting your sleep schedule back on track. 🌙💆‍♀️

Welcome, November. 🤎
The season of cozy blankets, warm tables, and deep breaths is officially here.

This month’s goal?
✨ Slow down.
✨ Stay grounded.
✨ Make space for rest (before the holiday chaos begins).

Massage isn’t just a treat this time of year… it’s how you keep your body and mind balanced when life speeds up.

Who’s ready for their pre-holiday reset? 💆‍♀️

Peace of Mind & Body

Recovering from a car accident is never fun. And when you don’t do anything about it other than treat it with aspirin, you slowly lose your flexibility and strength and joy of life. Discovering Massage and other holistic bodywork therapies helped get my life back. I was so impressed that I decided to go back to school and study Reflexology, Massage Therapy, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. I have never regretted my change in career. 16+ years in this profession and still loving it! Helping my clients overcome their pain, stress, balance and flexibility issues is something I take very seriously. And I use all my best techniques to give my clients peace in both mind and body.
