Want to level up your core work? Grab a balloon. 🎈

It sounds silly, but adding a balloon to your breathing or core exercises is an incredible way to challenge your diaphragm, improve pressure management, and build long-term strength. But you need a solid 360° breath first — otherwise you may notice shallow breathing, midline bulging, or pelvic floor pressure (all signs it’s too much, too soon).
