Two of my favorite acupressure points for supporting hormone balance are SP6 (Spleen 6) and SP10 (Spleen 10). In Chinese medicine, these points are commonly used to help nourish blood, regulate the menstrual cycle, ease PMS, and support the body’s natural hormonal rhythms.

✨ SP6 (Spleen 6) is often called a “women’s health” point. It supports the reproductive system, helps calm the nervous system, and can be especially helpful for PMS, cramps, bloating, mood swings, and stress-related hormonal symptoms.

✨ SP10 (Spleen 10) is known for moving and nourishing blood. It’s commonly used for cycle irregularity, hormonal breakouts, heavy or painful periods, and symptoms that feel “stuck” or inflammatory in the body.

Used together, SP6 + SP10 can be a gentle daily practice to support hormonal balance, menstrual health, and overall circulation, especially when paired with breathwork and consistent self-care.

Have you ever used acupressure for hormone support before?

Drop a 🌿 in the comments if you’re going to try these points, or send us a message if you’d like help figuring out how acupuncture and Chinese medicine can support your cycle and overall hormone health.

You squat every single day… most people just don’t realize they’re doing it wrong.

Getting off the couch.
Picking something up.
Playing with your kids.

Squatting is one of the most important movements your body does in and out of the gym.

But if the mechanics aren’t great, it can slowly turn into back, hip, or knee irritation.

That’s why we made this quick video to show a few simple cues that can help your squat feel stronger, smoother, and more natural.

Because the goal isn’t just exercising well
it’s moving confidently for the next 20–30 years.

If squatting, bending, or getting up from the floor has been feeling harder than it should, drop a “SQUAT” in the comments or send us a DM and we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

When most kids were writing “NHL player” or “movie star” in their 5th grade yearbooks…

Dr. Scott wrote chiropractor.

Not because it sounded cool.

But because even at that age, he saw his dad help so many people and he knew he wanted to help people move better and feel stronger in their bodies too.

That wasn’t a phase. It was a direction.

For Dr. Scott, this has never been “just a job.”
It’s been a lifelong commitment to understanding how the body works and more importantly, how to help people trust theirs again.

And that’s the difference you feel when you work with someone who didn’t stumble into their profession, they constantly work to perfect their craft to help change people’s lives.

At Weymouth Chiropractic, we don’t chase quick fixes.
We build long-term plans.
We restore confidence.
We help active adults stop cycling short-term care and start building bodies that last.

For Dr. Scott, this isn’t a career choice.
It’s been a calling since 5th grade.

Curious about cupping? Here’s what it actually does and why we use it.

Cupping isn’t just a trend.
It’s a powerful tool to:
→ Stimulate circulation
→ Reduce muscle tension
→ Support recovery and mobility

Dr. Heather uses it as part of a bigger strategy, not a standalone fix to help patients move better, feel looser, and recover smarter.

🎥 In this reel, she walks through how it works and what a typical cupping session looks like.

Your home recovery kit doesn’t need to be complicated, but it should be intentional.

When you’re rebuilding trust in your body, the right tools can help you:
→ Stay consistent
→ Manage soreness
→ Reinforce what you’re doing in care

Here are a few staples we recommend having on hand:
🌀 Foam roller
💥 Massage gun
🎯 Massage ball
🌿 Pain relief cream (Arnica or CBD)
🟠 Resistance band

These aren’t magic fixes but they’re powerful supports for a long-term plan.

Because your body’s healing doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic and you deserve tools that help you keep showing up.

🎥 In the reel: Dr. Sabrina walks you through each of these tools and when we use them most.

✨ Want glowing, lifted skin without injections? ✨
Facial acupuncture is a natural alternative to Botox, and it’s so much more than just skin-deep.

It works by increasing circulation, stimulating collagen, and restoring balance in the body to help your skin heal and rejuvenate from within.

No frozen expressions. No harsh chemicals. Just smoother skin, brighter eyes, and that refreshed, well-rested glow people notice.

If you’ve been thinking about a more holistic way to support graceful aging, this might be your sign.
