Mantra & Movement is a magical flowing journey through devotional chants and creative flow!

Are you ready to create a vibrational shift that will open your heart while learning a little bit more about the yoga of Bhakti and Devotion? Join Melissa and Arnaldo for an afternoon of mantra, chanting, harmonium love, and creative flows.

You will be provided with a mantra songbook so we can join our voices in familiar chants and understand their meanings through community singing and conversation. Then, you will practice a flow inspired by mantra to explore the ways the chants can enhance the practice and create intention. You will walk out humming with a quiet energy and a new understanding of the yoga of devotion. ALL LEVELS WELCOME! $50
