Today our field trip took us to Holy Family to play bingo.
Our residents had such a wonderful time — there were so many prizes. They enjoyed the game and won several great prizes. Their smiles said it all! They were treated to delicious snacks and drinks.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful people who host this event for us every month. It is truly a blessing.

Wharton Rotary is excited to have Marian Mustafa as a new member of our Club. Leroy Hodge is her sponsor and we are thankful to him for bringing her to our attention. Marian is the administrator of Paradigm at the Creek here in Wharton and her passion is giving back to the community. Our president, Adraylle, looks on as Jeanie, our secretary, places the Rotary pin on Marian. Welcome aboard Ms. Marian.

Shayde has been a valued member of Paradigm at The Creek since 2019.
She is a dedicated and a compassionate nurse who brings many years of nursing experience to our residents. Outside of work, Shayde is a loving mother of two and finds great joy in supporting her children in their band and softball activities. She is an invaluable team player, and we truly appreciate all that she does to care for our residents.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Rachel Merlos 🌟

This week we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Rachel Merlos, who has been a dedicated part of our facility for an incredible 25 years!

Rachel works in our Laundry Department, and her work ethic is truly inspiring. Every morning, she’s on the road by 5:30 a.m., making sure she’s never late and always ready to get a head start on the day. If you’ve ever walked into our laundry area, you know it’s spotless—every sheet, pillowcase, and blanket folded to perfection, and the air filled with the fresh scent of cleanliness.

When Rachel isn’t hard at work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her six children, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She will be turning 80 years old, but she never stops moving!

Rachel is a shining example of someone who takes pride in her work. She makes a difference in our community. We’re so thankful for her dedication and love having her as part of our team. 💛

“Today’s Bingo was extra special! The Boling High School Library Club came to help our residents play, and we’re so grateful for their visit. The residents loved chatting with the students and had so much fun—plus, we had lots of winners!”

🧟‍♂️🎃 Halloween Fun!
We had a blast making Frankenstein crafts with our residents yesterday! Everyone got so creative, and they turned out absolutely adorable. A big thank-you to Veneise Villali with Pam Health Specialty and Rehab for stopping by with candy — and for spreading smiles in her cute unicorn costume! Our residents loved it! 💜👻
