The clinics provide healthcare services both on a walk-in basis and by appointment and accept most insurances as well as cash, check or credit cards. Patients that have utilized any of our medical facilities are established at all walk-in clinics. Patient’s medical records and information can be accessed from each location electronically. MidCoast Health Systems offers seven MidCoast WellCare locations to meet your healthcare needs across the region.

Due to the Cold Weather Advisory and Winter Storm Warning for potential snow and ice, all clinic locations of MidCoast Health System will be closed on Tuesday, January 21st.

Please take precaution for this upcoming storm to arrive starting 6:00pm this evening through 6pm Tuesday, January 21st. Plan for slippery road conditions. Sub-freezing temperatures to keep road conditions hazardous through midday Wednesday, January 22nd in areas of heavy bands of snow occur.

Stay safe and warm! In case of an emergency, please remember El Campo Memorial Hospital will have 24/7 Emergency Services available through the ER.
