Fuel your recovery with these High-Protein Egg Muffins 🥚💪

Ingredients:
• 8 eggs
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• ½ cup diced bell peppers
• ½ cup spinach
• ¼ cup cooked turkey sausage
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Whisk eggs and cottage cheese together.

Stir in veggies and sausage.

Pour into greased muffin tin.

Bake 18-22 minutes.

Easy, portable, and packed with protein to support muscle recovery!
