Re-Introducing Karen Walker! We are so proud 😊

From Personal Struggle to Guiding Light

My journey to becoming a Peer Recovery Coach has been deeply personal, marked by both struggle and incredible growth. Born and raised in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, the opportunity to help within my own community feels like the right thing to do. Just over two years ago, I embarked on my own path to recovery, facing challenges that tested my resilience. It was during this critical time that the consistent, daily encouragement from my own peer recovery coach became an absolutely essential lifeline. Their unwavering support, understanding, and shared experience provided a beacon through some of my toughest days. I truly believe that I would not have successfully navigated my journey without their guidance and empathy.

Please help us welcome Tanji to our practice! We are so excited she's here.

"I’m Tanji Wendorff, MA, LPCC and U.S. Air Force veteran. I show up as a grounded, straightforward human first—someone who has navigated transitions, complicated family dynamics, and the pressure to be “the strong one.” Those experiences shape how I sit with clients: with honesty, clarity, and a respect for the messy, real parts of being human. I’m especially drawn to people who are tired of repeating the same relational patterns and are ready for something different."

Please help us welcome Lincoln to our team! He is a therapist with a degree in Somatic Counseling from Naropa University.

"I grew up between New York and North Carolina, spending much of my youth on an organic farm. Early on I saw how living systems flourish when they’re supported in balance — a perspective that now guides the way I support people in their healing."

"I first fell in love with psychology in high school while navigating my own personal challenges. That curiosity grew into a lifelong passion, leading me to Naropa, men’s work, and meditation — a path of introspection that continues to shape my understanding of the unique challenges people face in today’s world."

We would love to welcome Nicholle to our practice. She a Licensed Social Worker, U.S. Air Force veteran, and trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens when we are fully seen, supported, and given permission to grow at our own pace.
"I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery. I bring a warm, relational approach to therapy that honors the belief that your body, mind, and spirit carry wisdom worth honoring. I help clients with the challenges they’ve carried and the possibilities for joy, resilience, and connection."
