20 Hour Road Trip Complete

I was telling patients all week that I would be going on a cross country road trip for the holidays and they all wanted to know how the f*ck I managed that every year. The answer is:

I plan ahead to support myself!

Compression socks are a new addition and I could not recommend them more! For the first time ever, I popped out of the car at stops like a jack-in-the-box without feeling dizzy or nauseous. It's a Christmas miracle!

Salty snacks are my go-to choice to keep my blood pressure balanced while seated for so long without having to drink a ton of fluids.

Back support is a MUST because I am still a chiropractor and I know that passenger seats are NOT ergonomically designed. This set is from amazon and even came with a neck pillow.

I always find a stop that involves walking so we can reset and stretch! But the arrival supplements might be the most important: serious re-hydration through LMNT, gut support with glutathione, and brain health herbs so I feel like a human again!
