A satisfying morning option that emphasizes a savory flavor. This dish combines miso-infused oats, avocado, eggs, and arugula for a balanced, protein- and fiber-rich start to the day.

2) Balanced macros for lasting fullness: Protein, fats, and carbs work together to curb mid-morning cravings 🥗

The recipe (serves 1)
2/3 cup cooked Bob’s Red Mill High Protein Oats 🌾
1 tablespoon miso 🍜
1 tablespoon coconut aminos 🧂
1/2 avocado 🥑
2 eggs, cooked to preference (over easy) 🍳
1 cup arugula 🥬
1 tablespoon avocado oil or grass-fed butter 🧈

Plate in brief:
