❄️ ✨ Slow down & Cozy up ❄️✨

When the world outside turns icy and still, its natures way of reminding us to pause. Take this as your invitation to slow down, tune in, and practice a little extra self-care:

🍃 brew a cup of your favorite tea or hot chocolate
📚 curl up with a book that feeds your soul
🕯️ light a candle, wrap yourself in a blanket, and journal your thoughts
💤 give yourself permission to rest - naps included!

Remember, self-care isn’t selfish. It’s a way to recharge and reconnect with yourself, even when life feels frosty.
