What if your CHECK ENGINE 🛑 light came on as you’re driving your car? Would you grab a piece of duct tape and cover it up?!! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️NOOO!! You’d probably try to figure out what was causing that light to go on!!

If that’s the case, and you would be in search of the CAUSE of the problem with your CAR…. why would anyone blindly take a prescription medication to cover a symptom or 2, when there are SO MANY things you could change before you did that?!!

Take for instance, my friend Robin has been dealing with high total cholesterol, LDL’s,& triglycerides for 30 years! She CHANGED her diet, exercised more and did activities to decrease STRESS!!
