It’s that time again!

Today was so fun!

The Vinyasa class with Sara this morning was amazing! I always get nervous getting back into something I used to do when I was "more fit."

A barrage of thoughts goes through my head:

"I'm going to look stupid."
"I don't have the right clothes."
"Everyone will know I haven't practiced yoga in years."

But all of that self-doubt washed away when I came to this class at Flower of Life Yoga and Wellness Center

No judgement. Just a welcoming space full of women supporting each other.

Huge thanks to Carrie for joining me today. We're working on practicing what we preach - taking time for ourselves!

And to Sara for creating a wonderful and uplifting environment for our community. 😘

Summer fun, workshops, sweet friends—and a rhinoplasty recovery?

Last month I was humbled by the opportunity to fix a chronic health issue I’d been pushing aside: I couldn’t breathe through my nose. I didn’t realize how much it was impacting my sleep, focus, and energy until after surgery. Since then, I’ve felt clearer, more grounded, and more present in every part of my life.

It was a needed reminder that as a mom and clinician, caring for myself isn’t optional—it’s how I show up better for the people who count on me.

Healing isn’t always pretty, but it’s powerful. 💛
