Traverse Care Center serves older adults with rehabilitation and specialized skilled nursing care.

At Traverse Care Center, we believe in compassionate care that fosters well-being, independence and dignity. The spacious, six-acre grounds surrounding our facility include flower and vegetable gardens and Wheaton’s famous Mallard Duck. We provide focused rehabilitation services, as well as specialized memory and palliative care, guided by our core values: hospitality, stewardship, integrity, respect, and humor. These values guide the services we provide, influence our decisions and priorities, and represent stability to those we serve. Minnewaska Community Health Services is excited to work closely with the exceptional therapy team at Key Rehab to provide individualized care to those in need of inpatient or outpatient care.
