Due to changes in the Minnesota state budget, Medical Assistance (MA) and MinnesotaCare (MNCare) plans will no longer cover chiropractic coverage for adults 21+ as of January 1, 2026. These plans include but are not limited to Medical Assistance, PrimeWest Health, BCBS Blue Plus Medicaid. We are deeply saddened by this news as we know how beneficial chiropractic care can be for patients of all ages.

The Department of Human Services is taking comments until October 17, 2025, regarding this benefit cut. We urge you to email dhs.spa.comments@state.mn.us and comment on your thoughts regarding this benefit cut. You can also send a letter to Governor Walz, your MN State Senator, and/or your MN State Representative (see attached images).

To better serve our patients, we are in the process of changing our computer software. As part of this change, we will no longer be able to have text message conversations with our patients. You will still receive automated text reminders for your appointment times (if you have opted in), but you will no longer be able to reply directly to us via text and we cannot send customized messages to you via text.
