With the possibility of a winter storm approaching, PRHC encourages patients to take a moment to check your medications and any necessary medical supplies. If you anticipate needing a refill, please contact your pharmacy and ask them to send us the request before Friday.

At this time, the clinic plans to operate under normal business hours on Friday and will continue to monitor weather conditions closely. Please stay safe and warm.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Tatum Pennington, DOT, OTR/L, who has joined Parkview Hospital as an Occupational Therapist! 🎊

Dr. Pennington has broad experience across acute care, swing bed, outpatient, pediatric therapy, and community-based practice. Her career has been deeply rooted in rural and undeserved communities, provided high quality care while dealing with unique challenges that rural communities have. Dr. Pennington earned her Doctorate from Texas Tech University Health Science Center.

We are excited to have Dr. Pennington as part of the Parkview Hospital team and look forward to the expertise and compassion she brings to our patients.

In 2025 the Wheeler community saved 351 lives! 🩸 That is a 123 more lives than in 2024 🤯 Which, we can all agree, is a real VIBE change in how we look at the significance of each donation ❤️‍🩹

However, we are still at risk of blood shortages in rural communities. Consider making HOPE a VIBE this new year and donate on Wednesday, January 14th at Parkview Hospital!
