TrinityOne Physical Therapy is excited to announce that Dr. Kelly Wheeler and Dr Lori Devins will be adding ULTRASOUND GUIDED DRY NEEDLING for assessment and treatment of tendinopathy to our list of services!

Adding ultrasound imaging in combination with dry needling is a cutting edge treatment for pain caused by inflammation of the tendon. Musculoskeletal imaging can be performed during real-time functional movements and allow us to more easily diagnose musculoskeletal impairments, visualize the health of the tendon, and allow more precise needling into the affected areas.

What can be treated by ultrasound guided dry needling?
-rotator cuff tendinitis
-Achilles pain
-plantar fasciitis
-hip pain
-knee pain
-tennis elbow

Dry needling for tendinopathy is backed by research to have comparable results to PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections and is a cost-effective treatment that can give long-lasting results!

Hello! I’m Dr. Lori Devins and I am so excited to have the opportunity to work along side the outstanding physical therapists at TrinityOne! My mission is to provide quality, individualized physical therapy services for our customers with the same level of care and values you would expect at TrinityOne.

I have been a physical therapist for thirteen years, graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ohio University in 2010 and with my B.S. in Exercise Science from The Ohio State University in 2007. I am Integrative Dry Needling Certified and also offer services that include myofascial release, cupping, joint mobilization, manual therapy, vestibular rehab and pelvic floor therapy for the following conditions:

-orthopedic pain
-headaches and TMJ disorders
-neurologic conditions
-dizziness and vertigo
-balance problems
-urinary incontinence in women

We are proud to announce that Dr. Kelly Wheeler is now a board-certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy! She is one of less than 500 physical therapists in Ohio with this distinction!
