We are taking a deep dive into understanding worry. We will explore its components and mechanisms to learn how to prepare the mind, body, and nervous system to completely release the energy of worry.
Even when there is conscious clarity that there is nothing to worry about, a deeper current of worry often continues to flood the nervous system. For this undercurrent of worry to truly cease, it must be allowed to fully fill the entire body while consciously maintaining a state of softness and deep relaxation. This non-action acts as an open door for worry to finally exit the system. As this energy intensifies, yet finds no way to hook attention or move the body, its only release is energetically through the โpores of the skin.โ We will elaborate on this process during our time together at the 1 Day Retreat.
