⭐ Spotlight: John and Nathan ⭐

Meet John Orosz, a dedicated member of Russell Nesbitt Services for 12 years. John provides compassionate Respite care and co-leads our Peer Support program, organizing activities like bowling, dance class, yoga, science class, sing-alongs, and our recent Friendsgiving.

John is pictured with Nathan, his close friend and the individual he provides respite for. Together, they bring energy, joy, and friendship to every event. Nathan loves Pokémon Go, basketball, board games, and swimming, and his participation helps make the Peer Support group a welcoming space for everyone.

Through his roles, John has grown tremendously - learning new skills, improving his communication, and gaining a deeper understanding of the people he supports.

Thanks to John’s dedication and leadership, attendance in Peer Support has tripled, and he looks forward to expanding activities and bringing the group into the community even more.

We’re grateful for the positive impact John and Nathan, bring to our organization every day.
