I’m back home and teaching a few, weekly specialty classes that I would like to share with you…
Yoga for Tin Man:
Do you experience stiffness, tightness, or aches and pains? Does it impact your energy and mobility? Have you ever said, “I’d like to try yoga, but I’m not flexible?” If so, this is the place to begin. Beginners welcome! Please bring a lawn chair if you do not easily get to the ground and up.
Mondays, 10am @ Wheeling Park Amphitheater
Yoga 101:
This class is designed to start with the basics if you are a beginner or build on foundations if you are looking to refine an established practice. No experience required.
Mondays, 5pm @ Oglebay Movement Studio (through June 3)
Family Yoga:
A fun class for the whole family! No experience necessary.
Tuesdays, 5:30pm @ Oglebay
Saturdays, 11am @ Oglebay
Gentle Yoga:
Yoga for all bodies and experience levels. Students are encouraged to let their own body’s feedback guide their pace and practice. Beginners welcome. Please bring a lawn chair if you do not easily get to the ground and up.
Wednesdays, 10am @ Wheeling Park Amphitheater
Yoga for Golfers:
A specialty class that focuses on stretches, movements, and exercises to improve your golf game.
Fridays, 10am @ Oglebay Movement Studio
Walk & Stretch:
A brief warmup before a guided walk in the park, followed by a gentle stretch sequence.
Saturdays, 8am @ Oglebay
