Hoppy Halloween, y'all! Tuesday's Community Yoga was such a fun gathering of folks!! We informally crowned Yoga Cat & Cow the stars of the show for their amazingly creative idea!!!

Thank you to Appalachian Homestead for hosting, and huge thanks to everyone who came out. Kylie Ignace and I continue to host this donation-based class every Tuesday 6pm, plus she's offering a new 9am Friday donation yoga, too!

Spooky slow flow community yoga was so much fun!

Big thanks to everyone who joined us for donation-based yoga at the Homestead this week!! Pics below, and a fun Halloween yoga reel on socials tomorrow!! It wasn't a costume contest, but we unanimously agreed Cindy Bacon & Alisha Steel won as yoga cat and cow!!

Kylie and I will continue to offer this community class every Tuesday 6pm, plus - Appalachian Homestead opens beforehand just for us and anyone needing evening shopping hours!! Bring your jars & containers to fill or just pop in to browse and grab a snack before or after class!!
