Event is limited to 30 participants. 2nd floor cozy event space at Appalachian Homestead. Snag your spot today! (See comments.)

No experience needed. Please bring LOTS of comfy support items - mat, blanket(s), pillow, bolster, eye mask, etc. We will also have a limited number of mats & supportive props to borrow.

This offering features a soulful one hour candlelit sound bath with the one and only Chelsey Keding.

Investment $22 includes complimentary herbal tea & honey. Please bring a travel mug to enjoy.

PSST! Friends!! For the first time ever, I’ve been invited to contribute to a phenomenal LOCAL 200hr Yoga Teacher Training — and that’s not even the best part!!! The human being hosting this has significantly more experience, education, and gumption than me. She’s everyone’s favorite person without even trying to be. Peep down in the comments to see!!!!

We know it’s an amazing day to be outdoors, but we hope you’ll also pop in for a fresh air flow tonight with us at Appalachian Homestead!

Community Yoga by donation 6-7pm with Lindsay Schooler and next Tuesday with Kylie Ignace! Beginner friendly, trauma-informed yoga with plenty of space and mats to borrow.

Come early to shop downstairs, maybe grab a snack or kombucha on tap!
