The Howard Long Wellness Center is a modern, state-of-the-art exercise facility. The 70,000 square foot center offers an indoor track, full size basetball and racquetball courts, cardio vision fitness area, Cybex strength equipment, a free weight area, an aquatics area, land and water group exercise classes.Additional services include child care and a Junior Wellness Center. Personal training, massage therapy and nutritional consults are also available.
