The Wheeling Parkinson's Support Group will meet on Friday, February 27 at 10:30 am at Family Service Upper Ohio Valley (Ohio County Senior Center), 2200 Main Street. The speaker will be Casey Peluso, Parkinson's Foundation of Western Pennsylvania, VP of Outreach.

Another winter weather reminder:
Check on your older friends and family. Wind chills are supposed to be brutal.
Make sure to block drafty doors and windows to save heat.
If you go out, dress in layers. Wear gloves and a hat (Mom was right!).
Stay safe!

Spring is only 60 days, 2 hours, and 11 minutes (as of RIGHT now) away.

Winter drags on with snow, wind, and ice. Be cautious when walking outside. Wear shoes with good grip. Dress in layers. Wear a hat. (Mom was right!) Keep some emergency items in your car such as a blanket, hand warmers, and a tool to break your window in case it won't open.

The Wheeling Parkinson's Disease Support Group will meet on January 23, 2026, at 10:30 am at Family Service Upper Ohio Valley (Ohio County Senior Center), 2200 Main Street, Wheeling, WV. Our speakers will be Carol Zombotti and Sara Alig from West Liberty University's Speech-Language Pathology Clinic. Those with Parkinson's and their caregivers are invited to attend.
