Meet Marianne 👋
“I moved to White Bear Lake in 2023 and started thinking about more exercise as I had really let it slide from my life and schedule, so I went to a couple classes but that’s it. I really did like the studio size and location, being independently owned, and seeing that the trainers were very educated and easy to work with. I felt like they were really helping me get the most out of my workouts, but I wasn’t really committed to my workout program during this time of my life. In January of 2025 I decided to make more of a commitment, to myself, and with my schedule being really crazy I decided it was going to be Tuesdays, that was going to always be my Pilates day so that I could not schedule other things that day and make excuses. I then thought how can I build on my commitment? I decided my first goal would be reasonable and do 52 classes in 52 weeks so I could really make it part of my life. I feel better now that I am doing something regularly again. My body appreciates the weekly stretching and movement. If I miss a week, my goal is to make it up because my body craves Pilates. I definitely have noticed that I have toned up, which is GREAT! I am hoping to add another class each month in 2026 and to continue to add more to my goals and commitment. Alex is aware of my goals and is very encouraging! I am glad I landed at Summit Pilates for my workouts!”
