“I started coming to Summit Pilates almost a year ago as a way to switch up my workouts and try something new. I loved the classes so much that I gradually added more days, and I’m now going 4–5 times a week.
I’ve always enjoyed staying active with my family—skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors—but recently I’d been struggling with knee pain. The workouts at Summit have helped me build strength and increase flexibility while still being gentle on my joints. Because of that, my knee pain has decreased significantly, and I feel stronger and ready to take on more adventures.
I love the small-group feel of the classes and the personalized attention from the instructors. I look forward to each session and enjoy being challenged in new ways every time.”
