I just had a Ningxia Nitro this evening before I went to my spinning class. It was an intense ride but I had the energy mentally and physically to get 'er done! I went from doing two massages which always leaves me a little mellow, like low energy mellow, to a high intensity workout. Now my legs and gluts, arms and body are feeling great. It's like my go to for becoming more mentally alert! If you're an athlete, you've got to try this amazing little tube of energy!
