Here are my at home go to’s for allergy season:
🍃 Saline, 24/7. Keep the sinus passages clear and free of pollen. Use neti pot or sinus rinse every night.
🍃D-Hist. A supplement we carry in office that helps calm the histamine reaction. Comes in chewable form for kiddos, too!
🍃 Acupuncture. I SWEAR by this for allergy season. Looking forward to my first visit tomo!
🍃Chiro. (Duh) Did you know we can work on your sinuses?! And getting everything moving and working properly in the cervical spine helps with drainage and decreasing inflammation.
