A little peek inside our morning at The Brook Center 💛

Our School Readiness Group is full of music, movement, social learning, and so many chances for our kiddos to practice communication in a fun, supportive environment.

These small group moments help build:
✔ early social skills
✔ turn-taking & joint attention
✔ communication and AAC use
✔ following group routines
✔ confidence in a classroom-style setting

We love creating a space where kids feel supported, engaged, and excited to learn — and our incredible staff helps make that happen every single day. ✨

If you’re interested in learning more about our School Readiness Group or ABA services, feel free to reach out — we’d love to share more about what we do!

🌟 Parent Tip of the Week 🌟

Learning doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. 💛

In this picture, our learner is building communication, creativity, and independence—all while coloring outside the lines. And that’s okay!

As parents, it’s easy to focus on the “end product” (a neatly colored page, a perfect sentence, a finished chore). But often, the real growth happens in the process:
✨ Holding the marker a little steadier
✨ Asking for a color using their voice or device
✨ Staying at the table a few minutes longer than yesterday

Remember—progress doesn’t always look Pinterest-perfect. Celebrate the effort, the persistence, and the joy of trying. Those are the moments that add up to big change.

🌟 Milestone Monday 🌟

For parents, milestones don’t always look like first steps or first words. Sometimes, they look like the quiet moments—when your child recognizes letters, proudly spells a word, or sits down to try something new with confidence.

Today, we’re celebrating this early learner spelling BINGO all on his own! 🎉

It may seem like “just letters on a tray,” but behind it is so much growth:
✨ Attention and focus
✨ Fine motor coordination
✨ Language development
✨ Confidence in learning

Every parent knows the joy of watching their child do something today that felt impossible yesterday. Those little moments? They are the BIG milestones.

Here’s to celebrating progress—one letter, one word, one win at a time.

✨ Flashback Friday ✨

Looking back at this amazing trip with some of our team at The Brook Center when we attended WIBA – Women in Behavior Analysis 💕

This conference wasn’t just about learning (though we definitely brought home a ton of new ideas and inspiration!) It was also about connection, growth, and being surrounded by so many strong women in our field.

Getting to experience this alongside my own team was such a gift. We laughed, learned, shared stories, and left feeling more motivated than ever to keep growing together and showing up for the families we serve.

Here’s to more moments like this, both in and out of the clinic.
