Important Update for Gishey’s Patient Care Caregivers and Clients

We are currently experiencing delays in caregiver pay due to issues with our EVV vendor, HHAeXchange. Some EVV data — especially from FOB devices — is not being sent correctly to AHCCCS, which is causing claims to be denied. This includes errors stating that “signatures are missing,” even though the FOB device does not support signatures.

Because AHCCCS is not receiving complete EVV data from HHAeXchange, we cannot bill or receive approval for some hours that have already been worked. We have confirmed with case managers that units are available, but AHCCCS cannot release payment approval until HHA sends corrected data.

Our team is working closely with HHAeXchange to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and your continued dedication to the clients we serve.
