What does that mean? Glad you asked! Not just a 5K for St. Patrick's Day (though that's certainly part of it!), we're hosting an entire fitness festival, bringing local health, wellness, and fitness vendors to the taproom so you can learn & browse local health options as well.
Was one of your resolutions for 2026 to get healthy? This is a GREAT chance to do that! Come out to meet, greet, and learn from local businesses that are interested in helping you get & stay healthy.
Not to be ignored, the TIRNANOG TROT 5K is also happening as part of the festival! A flat, smooth route that our local Run Club is very familiar with, this is the perfect chance to start doing runs or keep up with your current training regimen.
Not quite up to a full 5K yet? That's okay! Come out to see the vendors & meet other folks looking to get or stay fit!

Join me and The Farm at Thorne Gut at the Raw Juice Market this Saturday!

Because of the thick snow and ice, I’ll only be bringing microgreens. I will have:
🌱 Sunflower shoots
🌱 Pea shoots
🌱 Microgreen mixes (Asian and Superfood Mix)

The Farm at Thorne Gut will have their incredible soaps, lotions, and body care products, along with their delicious raw cows milk.

I’ll also be available to answer any questions about my Summer CSA, including pickup details (with one of the pickup locations being the Raw Juice Market).

Microgreens (the snow has paused outdoor harvests)
