Stuck in your chair all day? Your back is probably screaming. 😫 What if you could hit the 'reset' button in just 60 seconds, without even standing up?

Most people think they need a long, complicated routine to fix their posture. The truth is, a quick, focused reset can provide immediate relief.

Here's how to do it right now:
* **Sit Tall:** Plant your feet flat on the floor and lengthen your spine as if a string is pulling the top of your head up.
* **Shoulder Roll:** Inhale and roll your shoulders up towards your ears, then exhale as you roll them back and down. Do this 3 times.
* **Chin Tuck:** Gently tuck your chin towards your chest to lengthen the back of your neck. Hold for 10 seconds.

That's it! You just gave your spine the break it was begging for.

Knowledge is power! Here are 3 simple checks you can do at home to understand where you stand:

* **Tandem Stance:** Can you stand with one foot directly in front of the other for 10 seconds?
* **Single-Leg Stance:** How long can you stand on one foot? Aim for at least 5 seconds.
* **Chair Stand:** See how many times you can stand up from a chair in 30 seconds without using your hands.
