People in larger bodies can be healthy, just as people in smaller bodies can face serious medical challenges.

When we challenge these assumptions, we open the door to focusing on what truly matters: behaviors that support health, such as balanced eating, joyful movement, and self-care, rather than appearance or numbers on a scale.
