To consider

One thing that I have noticed lately is that so many of us (clients, professionals, and others) are struggling with a chronic sense of stress. Just under the surface lay tears, worry, fear, sadness, uncertainty. . . The pandemic is now a chronic stressor with the fallout of financial worries, increased social injustice, family stress, health concerns, cabin fever, etc. We think we should be used to our “new normal,” and many of us have found a workable way to go on living our lives despite the stressors, yet just under the surface, the emotions are still there.

Solution-Focused practice is a way of living, not just something for clients. While it is not magic and does not take away the external stressors, it gives us tools to think differently as we deal with what comes our way. It also helps us sort out what we have the power to change and explore how we might not only survive, but thrive.

If you are feeling this way, I hope you will join us for this small group, live, interactive online workshop on October 11th to learn how to use this empowering approach on our selves as we all go through this challenging time.
