Don't Let Negative Thinking Create Negative Outcomes

Most of us have had moments when we've already decided how something is going to turn out. And once that expectation is in place, the day often falls right in line with it.

When we’ve been expecting things to go wrong, the mind keeps lining up experiences that match that expectation.

Hypnosis works because it changes the patterns at the subconscious level, so that negative thinking is no longer the default experience. It gives the mind new instructions, so more of the day moves in the direction we want rather than the direction we fear. And when that shift happens, those “good moments” and positive thinking become the new normal.

We all have things that trigger an emotional response in us. Someone cuts us off in traffic, interrupts us mid-sentence, or something is said or done that lands the wrong way.

And, before we can even register what’s happening, we react.
