That tight achy feeling you sometimes experience? Myofascial Release (MFR) can help! You’ll learn evidence-based MFR techniques you can use on your own to increase range of motion, help regulate pain, reduce stress, build body awareness, and improve muscle function.
The series includes:
- Introduction to fascia and how it affects our physical and mental well-being
- Benefits, contraindications and safety
- Fascia rolling techniques and methods
Classes will meet Fridays, May 8-June 12, 9:30-10:30.

I’ll provide tennis balls for rolling, but if you have myofascial balls, rollers or other tools you’d like to bring, please do!
