Featuring herbs for the cold season:
Horehound Elixir…anyone remember horehound cough drops? This elixir is a cough drop in liquid form! Horehound infused raw honey and brandy, one dropper on the tongue, soothes any cough I’ve ever had! It works immediately, though you can take it as needed. I had a student with a dry tickle cough she couldn’t shake, it had been going on for a couple days. I offered her a small leaf of horehound right from the gardens and the cough stopped right away…she was amazed!!! 💚🙏
Pine Syrup Plus aka Pine Syrup. This formula is an original to Natural Dawnings, it came along as an intuitively guided recipe. It’s amazing!! I take it whenever I’m around folks who aren’t well, children, or anytime I feel a little something coming on. Typically this keeps me well as a preventative. I also take it when I’m sick, when I missed the preventative phase. I find I feel better usually within 24 hours of beginning to take this. Many folks swear by this formula for themselves and their children in these ways.

It’s a gorgeous morning here The cricket and bird song is so prominent and peaceful, I hardly need any music. I love having the windows open to Mother Nature while we work together. Sunshine streaming in is warm and bright.

There’s been some changes here therapeutic massage and herb gardens. I did a little shuffling in this gorgeous cabin space of mine. A new ramp that makes the space easier to access….Shelf space for the new Natural Dawnings shirts, sweatshirts and hats…Brought in a fridge for keeping salves, creams and oils (keep an eye out for my creams to be back in stock!!) After bite cream is in stock and All purpose salve is back too! New cupboards ..and existing, for more herbal offerings! And..comfy new chairs to sit in while we share time prior and post your massage, craniosacral or energy session.
I love this space as much as my clients do! It’s peaceful here, restful and a safe space for all. I’m in my office Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays by appointment. Reach out if you’d like a session…or some Natural Dawnings merch’!
