What does grounding look like for you? This can look very different for me on a daily basis. It depends on my needs and intention behind grounding. This morning it was centered around a nagging thought pattern that I struggle to let pass. Sure, I sat with my breath but I didn’t avoid the negative thought. I welcomed it and asked it what it needed. This is a reminder for me and to all if you need it, be gentle with yourself.

What does self care look like for you? Winter is here in the Flathead Valley which for many of us means getting our bodies back into winter sports or even just allowing them to adjust to the cold temps. Sometimes the gray winter days in the Flathead Valley can be trying, especially if it isn't snowing. This event can drain our energy levels and affect our daily lives. Massage and bodywork are one of many alternative options out there for us!
